THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS WITH GARLIC AND PARMESAN CHEESE!!!

If the thought of perfectly cooked chicken wings covered with a creamy layer of garlic and parmesan cheese makes you drool, then this recipe is definitely for you.  Those of you who follow my blog, know that for the last few months of my life, I have been following a ketogenic diet with great success.  So when I have a 'cheat meal' such as the one I am showing you today, I still have to keep the correct fat-protein-carb ratios to stay within my macronutrient goals.  So if you are following the ketogenic diet, this recipe is an amazing low-carb treat you can give to yourself.  


For the garlic, parmesan chicken wings you will need:

  • Chicken wings (I used about 2 pounds)
  • Olive oil
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic (as little or as much as you want)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Parmezan cheese
  • Honey mustard (optional)   ***If you are on KETO, be careful with the carbs***
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper


1.  Gather your ingredients and let's start!!!


2. Preparing the first mixture



3. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 375 Farenheit / 190 Celcius for 20 minutes 



4.  Preparing the second mixture







 5. Cook at 450 Farenheit / 230 Celcius for another 20 minutes
