kefir fat-free 150 g
bananas 130 g
non-fat cottage cheese 70 g
water 50 g
raisins 15 g
Beat with the help of a mixer low-fat kefir, cottage cheese, banana, raisins and water.
Pour the mixture into molds or yogurt cups.
Put in the freezer.
