Fat cream from milk and butter at home

For desserts, shop-made cream is often used. The product can be prepared at home from butter and milk.

milk 2.5% 200 ml
Butter (82%) 150 g

Combine the oil with milk and heat until the oil has melted.

Mix the food with a mixer or blender, the mass should be uniform.

Before whipping, refrigerate the product for five or six hours.
