Czech almond bun

flour 650 g
milk 1 glass
almonds 100 g
Butter 100 g
cinnamon 50 g
yeast, fresh 30 g
sugar 6 tablespoons
egg yolk 2 pcs.

Put the spoon from a quarter cup of warm water, yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and flour, allow the mixture to rise.

Stir the melted butter with a couple of yolks and milk, stir.

Combine the mixture with the spice and the rest of the flour, add salt, pour sugar, knead the dough, let it rise, crumple, let it go up again.

Divide the dough ball into several parts, each roll out a strip of 5 cm thick.

Wrap each round trdla or rolling pin, grease them with protein, roll in ground almonds with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake Czech almond buns about a third of an hour before blanching, serve hot to the table.
