We happen to make these things always @ home ....REASON JUST one hygiene and..I can never say healthy ...coz its sure to increase your calories intake...Being a mother I am always concerned about what my kids should eat and what not....In today's world its becoming tougher to keep kids away from junk food.They can never say NO to junk food. Since i cant keep them away...I make sure i prepare these things at home quickly and easily....They are quick simple easy and YUMMYLICIOUS...(as my kids call them)
BURGER
INGREDIENTS:
FRESH BUNS
BUTTER=1/2 tsp
BONELESS CHICKEN boiled and shredded with a little pepper
salt=as much as you like
MIXED HERBS=2 pinches
small cubes of MOZORELLA AND CHEDAR CHEESE=as many calories you want
black pepper and salt=a dash
lettuce
fried french fries
MAYONISE=1-2 tbsp
TOMATOE KETCHUP=1 tsp
METHOD:
Slit the bun into two pieces,apply butter place a leaf of lettuce, spread a big dollop of mayonnaise ,chicken ,french fries, sprinkle black pepper and salt(very little just a dash of both ,salt can always be avoided) , mozzarella and cedar cheese very small cubes ,fresh onion rings a little...U can always add more vegetables of your choice....On the other half as well spread butter and mayonnaise. A minute in the oven and your burger is ready....
PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
PIZZA BASE=2(small)
BOILD BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES=300 GRAMS
CREMICA PIZZA SAUCE=1TBSP
BUTTER=1TSP
ORIGANO=1TSP
ALL HERB MIX=1/2 TSP
MAYONISE=1TSP
CHEDDAR AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE =THE MORE THE BETTER
METHOD:
1)Pre heat the oven @ 200 degrees for 10 minutes. In the mean time take the pizza base..spread the butter and pizza sauce all over evenly.now spread mayonnaise ,boneless chicken and cheddar cheese sprinkle the all herb mix and oregano....
2)Add all the chopped vegetables of your choice, i have used tomatoes,capsicum and onions....
3)Cover it up with loads of mozorella cheese...sprinkle origano over it all over
4)In the preheated oven @ 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.....
ROLL
INGREDIENTS:
LONG BUNS=2
CHICKEN NUGGETS=4-6 NOS
FRIED ONION RINGS= A FEW
spring onions=few green shoots
ONION SLICES=FEW
BLACK PEPPER=LITTLE
MAYONISE=2 DOLLOPS
BUTTER=1TSP
METHOD:
Slit the buns apply butter evenly and place it on a hot pan and let it roast on both the sides for a few seconds.
Remove it spread dollops of mayonnaise on both the sides place the all the remaining ingredients and reheat for 30 seconds in the microwave oven ...serve hot...
Serve all the above with a glass of fresh fruit juice for kids and a chilled glass of pepsi for the elders...BON APETITE!!
