Ingredients :
500g gnocchi
half radicchio
half onion
butter
100ml cream
100g smoked salmon
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Fry in a couple of tablespoons of the finely chopped onion oil. At the right time add the radicchio, cut into thin strips and half a glass of water. Sauté and dry everything, put in it the salt, white pepper and cream.
In another skillet, soften diced salmon with a teaspoon of butter for a few moments, than boil the water and boil the gnocchi.
Drain and stir over low heat in a pan with the radicchio cream, then add the salmon and mix gently.
Serve decorating with some salmon strips kept aside and have a good appetit!
