Who would not want to try different foods and cuisine in every places?
Ofcourse, everybody is having mouthwatering feeling just by looking in a picture of a delicious food.
Philippines has many signature dishes too. My husband is an ilonggo and gosh i think he eats all exotic foods.
But, one of the "only in the philippines" dish that i like except for adobo is KINILAW.
KINILAW is usually made of fresh fish but some level it up and they add grilled pork. We sometimes make kinilaw because we have a family friend who gives us fresh fish 3-4 times a week.
Here are the ingredients :
Fresh fish sliced in cube
Vinegar
Garlic
Ginger
Onions thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Chilli pepper
Procedure :
In a bowl mix the onions, garlic, ginger and vinegar. Put salt and pepper to taste.
Then add the fresh fish. Marinate it for 30minutes.
Then dig in :)
