Inspired by Vietnamese traditional cake, I made this cake with cinnamon and orange flavors.
Actually, it is a pretty failed cake on how to make but the taste is quite interesting!
Ingredients:
- 120g stick rice flour
- 30g rice flour
- 30g oil
- 30g orange jam
- 1 egg
- 5g cinnamon powder
- 50g sugar
I made a mistake in how to make, that is the oil too hot, causing the cake to wrinkle and more soft. Actually, the traditional cake making process is a bit different and I will rework the Logan cake in a coming video.

Mình đã mắc một sai lầm trong cách làm là cho dầu ăn quá nóng khiến bánh bị nhăn lại và dễ bị ỉu hơn. Trên thực tế cách làm bánh nhãn truyền thống có một chút khác biệt và mình sẽ làm lại bánh nhãn trong một video tới. Mong các bạn sẽ tiếp tục theo dõi.
