Fast and very useful snack. Baked sandwiches with avocados, garlic,
tomato and cheese will suit both breakfast and a festive feast.
1 avocado
1 tomato
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of cheese
some salt
8 pieces of black (or simply cereal) bread
Bread fry lightly in butter for a few minutes.
Grate pieces of bread with garlic.
Cut the tomatoes in circles, as thin as possible.
Avocado cut in half, remove the stone and cut into halves with thin plates.
Put on a piece of bread in a circle of tomato, on top of the avocado,
lightly salt.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, or lay thinly sliced plates.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
