Peppers are stuffed with stuffing from eggplant, onion, garlic, nuts
and cheese, then bake in the oven.
4 red peppers
3 eggplants, cut into cubes
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup of nuts, chop
100 g cheese, grate
2 cloves garlic, chop
salt and pepper
Cut the peppers in half and take out the seeds.
On vegetable oil fry onions with eggplant. When the eggplants are very
soft, knead them with a fork until smooth.
Mix eggplants with nuts, cheese and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the stuffing from eggplant in peppers. Peppers put on a baking
sheet and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about
30 minutes.
