Materials:
Mashkalai Dal- 1 cup
Oil-quantity
Salt - half teaspoon
Talk yogurt - 1 cup
Fry jiraara powder - half a teaspoon
Chut spice - half a teaspoon
Pepper powder - like taste
Bit salt - half a teaspoon
Sugar - 2 table spoons
Cinnamon - 2
Dhanepata - Quantity
Mint leaves - 10
For the tart-dressing
Method:
Wash the groundnut pulse well and keep it moist with enough water throughout the night. Blend the dal blender in the water the next day. If you want, you can also narrow the knot. Make refined paste. You can give 1/2 table spoon water if needed. But do not give more water. Paste the pulse after 6 to 7 minutes.
Heat the oil in the pan and peel the pulse paste. Fry the medium. Once fried, take it off. Mix half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Keep aside the moistened water in the water.
Take curd in a bowl. Give bit salt, cumin powder, chut spices, chilli powder and sugar with yogurt. 3 tablespoons of coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies. Mix enough yogurt with enough water to drain. Take out the water soaked in water and mix it with the mixture of yogurt. At least one hour before serving, keep aside. Disinfection of the dishes, sprinkle tamarind sauce and chilli powder on top.
