Thanks naditinkoff!! Haha I (as a Chinese) agree with you that it's kinda strange to put such a little food in such a large plate LOL!! But I think many European countries (e.g. France, Italy) do this to make it look more exquisite. And they succeeded XD But for Chinese food we never do this. (We usually put as much as we can in a plate LOLLL)
