Belajar membuat Chocolate Sweet Bun (roti manis isi coklat), alhamdulillah empuk dan mengembang. D: D: D Resep adonannya: 400 gr terigu cakra, 100 gr terigu segitiga, 6 butir telur, 1 fermipan 11 gr, 100 gr gula pasir dengan butiran halus, SKM 1 sachet di larutkan di gelas udara dingin sebanyak kurleb 100 ml, Susu dancow sachet 1, margarin 100 gr, garam dikit, vanili 1. Bahan oles: campurkan dalam mangkok (1 kuning telur + air susu skm dikit + gula halus dikit) (kalau ada kata2 dikit berarti dikira2 ya bun). Isian: selai coklat. Taburan: wijen Olesan setelah roti matang: rumbutter. Cara membuat: Fermipan dilarutkan ke udara hangat / udara susu hangat sebanyak setengah gelas sampai berbuih, diamkan sampai dingin. Siapkan wadah besar, masukan terigu, gula, larutan fermipan, vanili dan kuning telur, lalu aduk pakai tangan sampai tercampur rata dan uleni sampai agak kalis, lalu masukan margarin, uleni lagi, dan terakhir tambahan garam dikit, uleni sampai kalis elastis (adonan di Uleni mirip orang nyuci baju sambil di banting2). (Karena saya bikinnya manual, saya tidak bisa sampai elastis, tapi uleninya cukup lama). Uleni sampai agak tidak lengket di tangan, lalu ambil wadah dan olesi margarin tipis2 agar nanti adonan tidak lengket di wadah. Simpan adonan di tengah2 yang sudah di bentuk bulat. Tutup pakai kain, diamkan 1 jam sampai mengembang 2 kali. Setelah mengembang, adonan lalu di tinju untuk mengeluarkan udara. Setelah itu adonan di bentuk sesuai dengan isian selai coklat, simpan di loyang yang sudah di oles margarin tipis2. Lalu oles roti pakai olesan kuning telur + gula halus + air susu, beri taburan wijen. Diamkan adonan sampai mengembang lagi. Panaskan oven, lalu oven adonan yang sudah di buat tadi, tunggu sampai permukaan coklat tapi tidak gosong. Setelah matang lalu angkat dan oles permukaan roti pakai rumbutter, dinginkan. Setelah dingin masukan ke plastik tertutup (kalau saya cara didinginkannya dengan cara ditutup serbet bersih agar roti tidak kering, jadi dinginnya agak lama). RESEP INI SEMOGA BERMANFAAT
