today I have lunch with grilled fish menu. free lunch hahaha !!!
This fish is directly burned in front of the customer, with makeshift traditional. but the taste of this grilled fish is very tasty. it feels very typical, let alone served with additional soy sauce and chillies, it will not be able to move on. because the fuel using traditional spices that are not in the cold or in the refrigerator. but spices directly on if at the place to eat it.
This fish is burned for about 25 minutes, maybe a bit longer, because the fish is rather big.
