Today I learned about some ways to prolong the youth of my body by eating less calories and consuming food that has a lot of antioxidants.
Hara hachi bu is a Japanese concept to eat less than you want to. When you almost feel full, but could take a few more bites, you should stop eating. Feeling a little bit hungry can help against aging because it reduces a hormone (IGF-1) that is essential for aging.
Antioxidants are molecules that slow down the oxidation process of cells. So to live longer drinking green or white tea will help.
