-Materials required:
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 Cup of wheat flour
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder apart
1/4 cup of water
A spoonful of vanilla
One teaspoon of rum
1/2 Kilo of arequipe
-The whites are beaten with snow, the sugar is added, then the yellow ones and finally the flour.
- A mold is greased with lard and flour, the mixture is poured and taken to the oven. Then the vanilla and rum sirop is added to the sponge cake. The arequipe is added and ready, rolled and eaten.
