whats the texture like on the tofu? Is it a bit chewier or softer? Im thinking scrambled eggs fluffy style with milk and butter, vs scrambled eggs well done style, where its a bit granular.

It's a bit chewier in my opinion (I used firm tofu for this recipe) but you make a really fluffy scrambled eggs with silken or soft tofu 😉 I made it a few times before.
