Brief information about Edikikong soup

Edikaikong soup is a nice soup made with varieties of vegetables and proteins.
It can be consumed with Eba,pounded yam,Semovita or Akpu
It is a complete meal on its own regardless of any swallow.
Recipe
1.Boiling stock with proteins

2.Seasoning

3.Pepper

4.Proteins


Periwinkle

5.Onion grated with pepper

6.Chopped Vegetables (ugwu (pumpkin leaf and water leaf)
7.palm oil

Protein stock

This protein stock consist of
Beef,stockfish, dried fish and Ponmo

Process
Adequately boil your beef,Stockfish,ponmo and periwinkle with seasoning
*In a pot of boiling protein and stock
**Add pepper to boiling stock
**Add palm oil
****taste and adds seasoning if necessary
***** Add pounded cray fish
****** Add onion
******* Add vegetables
********** Allow soup to boil for 3minutes
Bring down and serve with desired swallow
Well I decided to enjoy mine with akpu
