Hi everyone!
One of the ways to regain my health was to take care of the intestinal flora ...Health starts in the intestines! This is where the intestinal bacteria live, responsible for immunity, digestive system function, our skin and even the psyche!
These foods are rich in lactobacilli, a type of bacteria that can benefit your health:
- fermented vegetables, in Poland we eat a lot of fermented cucumbers and cabbage in winter time
- yogurt and kefir
- kombucha
- tempeh
- kimchi
We can also take a high-quality probiotic supplement.
I used to eat a lot of fruit cow yoghurts with sugar and glucose - fructose syrup 😡 Today, I choose only unsweetened vegetable yoghurts.
See how I prepared natural coconut yoghurt in a jar, easy to take away for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml coconut yoghurt including Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium
- 2 tablespoons of white chia seeds
- 1/2 ripe mango
- 1 passionfruit
Preparation:
In the evening, prepare a chia pudding: peel mango and blend into puree. Add passionfruit and chia seeds, mix thoroughly. Pour into a large, clean jar and put in the fridge.
In the morning, pour coconut yogurt. Close tightly. Your breakfast or lunch is ready :)
In new zealand I also bought coconut yogurt with turmeric, mango puree and pineapple juice 👇

Zainteresowały mnie te białe nasiona chia? Czy to jakaś specjalna odmiana i czy ma inne właściwości? Jeszcze się z nimi nie spotkałam:) Ja niestety nie jestem fanem kiszonek (chociaż je jem dla zdrowia) ale takie jogurty to dużo smaczniejsza opcja:)
Ja też widziałam je pierwszy raz u kogoś na Steemie i akurat znalazłam je tu w Nowej Zelandii, więc od razu chciałam wypróbować :) Nie wiem czy są już dostępne w Polsce? Myślę, ze warto poszukać w sklepach Internetowych.

I've been enjoying more yogurt as part of a weight loss plan, and this looks delicious. I'm sure the tart passion fruit plays off the sweetness of the mango wonderfully. And I'm a sucker for anything coconut!
