Ingredients:
15 pancakes 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
½ cup white sauce 1 pinch of crushed garlic
2 cups spinach purée salt to your liking
Preparation:
The white sauce is mixed with the spinach, oregano, garlic and salt, the pancakes are filled and rolled up. Served with tomato sauce and cheese.
