I used to live right by that place. Never tried it. I may have to now. There's a taco cart stand just up Universidad... behind the Architectural school. It's very popular with the locals and they start serving about 8am... if you're lucky and get there before noon, you can probably try some, otherwise when they sell out, they're done for the day. You should try it sometime!
