Waakye Ghana food

Ghana loves it's waakye. Here you see waakye (pronounced waa-che!), salad, chicken, shito (black stew) and tomato stew. Waakye is made of rice and blackeye beans; with the reddish-brown colour given by the waakye leaves (said to be millet leaves . . . but I'm not too sure of that. . .lol). YOU WOULD LOVE IT!
