Thank you ❤️

Instructions to get free authentic Pho:
Step 1. Come to Vietnam
Step 2. Go to the countryside
Step 3. Pretend to be a decent white man
Step 4. Pick a girl
Step 5. Enjoy your pho

You are welcome =D

I'm asian from Singapore and we love to eat in this country too. Was expecting this post to have Mr Obama again from a post i saw before.

Hello ace, mr Obama ate Bun Cha in Vietnam, not Pho 😆 Bun Cha is amazing too, I might have an entry about it later. Thank you ✌🏻️

Oh yes, thanks for the correction.

Pho ( Phở ) is breakfast in my country. i eat everyday

Yes, Phở is amazing 💕

Pho is soo good , i want some now. lol

I love Pho! Particularly Lamb Pho. Never tried to cook it myself, but always seek them out in restaurants and such.

South and Far East Asian cuisine are my favorites.

Asian cuisine is amazing, dont you think? They have fusion stuffs with string species, great flavor !!!
I've never tried Pho with lamb, its kinda new, isnt it?

Absolutely. And yes, it's actually not a traditional Vietnamese dish but a fusion thing. Tastes divine though!

Wow the lamb beef makes me curious, though I'm not a big fan of Lamb ;) thank you for sharing, i hope i can try one day ... :D

Thanks for sharing your recipes! Great post!

Now I have to go eat.

Great Post. My favorite is Thai food.

Yep, I love Thai food too 😁

What is the most interesting pho restaurant name you have heard?

One of my favorites from living in Shanghai was "Pho Real" :-)

I heard the name in Vietnam my friend, it's called "Pho Co" ^^ we all like Pho hah?

Vietnam, pho
Hoi An, cau lau , Mi Quang( Quang Nam traditional nooddle)
You should eat it and posting when you visit Hoi An

Hi Chamviet, i visited Hoi An already, I ate Mi Quang, cao lau there but actually I'm not a big fan of Mi Quang 😁 Btw Hoi An has a famous "banh mi" shop rite? I really want to try but still havent had chance yet

@milbenkito reading your post makes me hungry. I feel like going out and eat a lot of noodle soup, ahhh I love noodles and pretty sure I'm gonna love pho too.

Yeah, if you love noodle in general, go to vietnam, there are several kinds of noodle soup there, and trust me all are good ✌🏻️

wow :D seems so delicious

Om nom nom! Like it!

This is awesome! Check out my second post on Montreal eats. Having pho right now as I read this :p

Awesome post. I love that you're blogging about food from SEA because I honestly believe this region is home to some of the most delicious food on the planet while at the same time being extremely humble and prepared with inexpensive ingredients.

I'm from Singapore myself and we've got some great food here. Some of the hawker stalls here were recently awarded michellin stars! Where else in the world can you eat a michellin starred dish for $5?

Omg michellin dish for $5? You must be kidding me? Can you give me the address I swear I will come and try. Im living in Germany but Im going back to Asia the end of this year :)

Btw, I love how you write about SEA food, that's my thought too. Vietnamese, Thailand, and even Lao... They all have great dishes that we must try at least once in our life :)

uh,,,, this looks delicious :O
I wanna try Pho from the South

It's tasty too, most of Pho restaurants in foreign countries are the South-style, I think ^^

This post made me laugh, I live in Edmonton Canada and here everyone knows about pho. We actually have some of the best pho restaurants outside Vietnam. I laughed at the article bc pho is so basic here, it's boring to talk about. But obviously the rest of the world is fairly behind, so yeah if you don't already know, go get some pho fo sho. Also please try a Vietnamise sub, they're amazing.

Yes Pho maybe familiar with some of you guys but there are other people who havent know about it. Im glad that my favorite dish is popular in your area ^^

Totally. It's an interesting time that people are exploring food.

You should start a movement to end the "faux" pronunciation of pho.

Lol its actually hard for foreigners to pronounce Phở though :)

every time i go out for eating an asian dish, my decission leads mit to pho. i tried to cook it on myself, but its never the same ... a a friend of mine from vietnam once served us wan tan soup... do you got an original receipe for it?

Hi essra, thank for your comment, wantan soup is originally chinese dish, i think. But I know one recipe which is pretty simple and I've tried it several times, all turned good. This recipe includes minced pork, shrimp, shallot. You slice the shrimp into small pieces, and mix them with pork, sliced shallot (just the white top of the shallot), salt, pepper. Then you wrap the mixture then boil. Its easy. If you want to make the broth or the soup, just boil a chicken, the broth from chicken is naturally sweet.
Sorry English is not my mother language, hance my instruction might be confused, but I hope it helps you. Just give me another comment if you're lost ^^

hey mibenkito, i always thought it was made of chicken, not pork and shrimp, but i'll give it a try :) englich isn't my motherlanguage either, relax :)

No, if you make it with minced chicken it would be dry and hard i think. Pork has the grease which will make the wonton soft and taste better ^^
