Hello Steemit!
When I was young my mom always used to make tajines for us, so today I wanted to try it out myself.
I found a vegetarian one in my cookbook and decided to make it, but more my style and vegan ofcourse ^^
My steps;
Sweet potatoes;
Chickpeas, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, paprika powder and 1 tablespoon maple syrup;
Prunes;
Coriander;
Potatoes with chopped mint leaves and tomato broth;
Anyway! It tasted great, it was a lot better than I expected for my first time making this ^^
