CRUNCHY POTATO ChIPS
Potato chips made in two ways-
FROM BOILED POTATOES
WITHOUT BOILED POTATOES
We also try to make chips without boiled potatoes
Materials Required:
Potatoes - 3-4 (large)
Oil to fry
Alum - a small part
Salt - according to taste (1/3 teaspoon)
Black pepper - 1/6 teaspoon (if you want)
STEP by STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a clean and smooth potato to make potato chips. They should not be cut off from anywhere.
- Chop potatoes in round or long shape and wash them well.You can use chips cutter or food processor .You can also cut chips by a thin knife.
- Put water in a pot snd mix alum .Now put all the chopped chips in this water and soak them and keep them for half an hour.
Wash the chips with this water and wash them with clean water once. Now remove them from the water and spread it on a clean and dry cotton cloth. They give them a sprig from above clothes.
Now heat the oil in a bowl and put all the chips easily into it and put it frozen.
Pour them well on low and medium flame. Do not pan chips on high flame. This will quickly turn chips into brown but will not be crisp.
In 7-8 minutes a bar of chips will be ready. When they are well drained, remove them from the calf and put them in a plate.
- Sprinkle black pepper and salt on prepared chips. Eat crunchy potato chips and serve.
