Every time we have a family get together, I am always the one who is in-charged of the dessert. Today I will share with you the very simple yet delicious and economical way of doing an ice cream and cake together!
Here's How:
We will need the following ingredients:
2 cans of All Purpose Cream 300g
1 can of Evaporated Milk 300ml
30 pcs. of Oreo Cookies
Equipment to be used:
9-inch baking pan
Aluminum foil/wrap
Electronic Mixer
Here's how to do it:
Slight freeze the cream in the fridge. In a bowl, pour the 2 cans of all-purpose cream then use the mixer to mix it. Set the mixer to the fastest until it doubles the volume of the cream. Now you can add the milk and mix it thoroughly in about 10 minutes.
Crash the first 15 pieces of cookies until it became ground and the other half into small chunks.
From the mixture, add the ground cookies and make sure it's all mixed up. Now put it in the baking pan with foil covering. Then put it in the freezer overnight and... Voila! You already have a yummy Ice Cream Cake for dessert!
