hawaiian pineapple poke 🍍

in #food7 years ago (edited)

Hi all!

Today I'd like to share with you guys an idea for a hawaiian dish.
This idea comes from one of my favorite food-related channel - HellthyJunkFood

I didn't know what is poke before that, so I've checked on wikipedia:

Poke (fish salad) /poʊˈkeɪ/ (Hawaiian for "to section" or "to slice or cut"[1]) is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine, and sometimes as a main course.

My was based on raw tuna. Apart from being healthy and tasty - I think it looks pretty cool ;)

Make sure to check other videos on this channel - they're making really cool stuff ;)

This looks fantastic :D. How do you eat it properly? Do you work your way down or do you mix it up? Looks delicious!

Thanks @johsch! I'm not sure if this was a proper way (if there is any :D) I've just started with some single pieces to make some space, and after that I've mixed it all together ;)
