Chinchinga is what we locally call this meal.And it is actually a street food made usually at night.You can simply put a Ghanaian Khebab.
This very spicy and hot amazing food is just good with any other food you complement it. It is usually made with chicken and first marinated in a garlic and ginger combination.It really gives a delicious taste. An addition of pepper sauce makes it just awesome.Chinchinga is mostly sold on almost every street of Ghana especially where there is a bar or drinking joint.
THE DIY
- Set aside blended ginger,garlic,pepper,onion and seasoning with some oil of a very good paste.
- Cut some chicken/goat meat into chunks and simply add your already made pasteall over the meat and marinate for some time(30min).
- Now you can mix all the ingredients of the seasoning into a large bowl.
- Just sprinkle some of the ready seasoning on the meat/chicken and grill till it is well cooked and browned on both sides(dont get it burnt,lol).
- Finally remove from heat and do sprinkle bit more of suya powder and get it well served.

DIY
