Cooking Thai for Steemit #3 ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ Pineapple Fried Rice

Steemians! Today I'm gonna cook Pineapple Fried Rice ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿfor you! Ready to cook? Let's go! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of boiled jasmine rice
  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 2 shallots sliced
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 coriander sliced
  • 200 grams of chicken breast sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lime

Flavouring:

  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 and a half teaspoon of seasoning powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Step 1. Preparing the pineapple.

  1. Cut the top of the pineapple as showed in the picture below.
  2. Remove the pulp.
  3. Slice the pineapple.

Step 2. Frying rice.

  1. Set your pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add garlic and shallot and fry them in the hot oil.
  3. Add chicken, soy sauce, fish sauce and water. Stir the ingredients and add an egg.
  4. Add carrot, cherry tomato, white onion, green pepper and pineapple. Stir the ingredients.
  5. Add rice, oyster sauce and seasoning powder.
  6. Add green onion and coriander. Stop the heat under the pan.
  7. Put the rice into the pineapple.
  8. It's done, let's eat!
