Ingredients

400 gr Prawn Jerbung
1 small batch of fried flour krispi Sajiku
1 pcs Lemon / 2 pcs Lime
6 tbsp Mineral water for fried flour
Sauce material
1 sachet Saori Sweetened Sauce Sauce
1/2 ptg Onion Bombay (rough cut)
3 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
1/4 ptg Yellow / green / red yellow peppers according to taste, (cut triangle)
1 large red chili pepper (sliced)
1/2 ptg Carrot (sliced matches)
100 mL of mineral water
2 tablespoons olive oil / vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 btg Small Onion Leaves (sliced tilted)
Step
Preparation Prawns:
• Wash the prawns with running water, remove the head and body shells, steal lemon or lemon and sprinkle some salt, marinate for 15-30 minutes
• Rinse shrimp with a little water
• Dip the shrimp on Sajiku's water & meal
• Fry in medium heat to look golden yellow krispi
Sauce preparation:
• Saute garlic, onions, red peppers, peppers and carrots in olive oil add salt and pepper to taste until fragrant
• Enter Saori sweet and sour sauce and add a little water, stirring until blended
The last step
• Insert fried shrimp into a saucepan pan, stir well and cook in low heat until the sauce thickens
• Add salt or pepper to taste accordingly and add a thinly sliced leek, stir and lift
- May add a little lemon juice to get a sour sensation if the sauce tastes too sweet
• Serve while warm with white rice
