Maintaining a healthy digestive system is imperative for overall health and comfort.
The digestive system is where the body absorbs our fuel.
If your body cannot process/ absorb food correctly there are many negative consequences.
Below are a list of some foods to avoid. (Not all will upset every person)
-COFFEE, TEA, AND SOFT DRINKS- an act as a diuretic and lead to cramping diarrhoea.
-CORN- containing cellulose in which humans cannot break down.
-BERRIES- great for your health however their tiny seeds can create a large problem for those with diverticulitis, pockets that develop in the intestine and can become inflamed and infected.
-CHOCOLATE- can be troublesome for those with irritable bowel syndrome.
-ALCOHOL- sure this is no surprise! By relaxing the esophagael sphincter this allow stomach acid to escape causing heart burn.
Alcohol can also inflame your stomach lining and stop nutrients from being absorbed.
-DAIRY- many if not most of us have some kind of lactose intolerance, milk was made for cows not humans! This can cause diarrhoea, gas, bloating and so on. Personally I think all dairy products should be cut from human diets!
-CHILI PEPPERS- known to irritate the esophagus leading to heartburn.
-HIGH-FAT, FRIED FOOD &a PROCESSED FOODS- put simply these foods overwhelm the stomach and cannot be processed correctly, leading to heartburn and reflux. Not to mention extremely bad for your overall health.
Here are a list of some food to help digestive health (I eat nearly all the below daily)
-YOGURT
-LEAN MEAT AND FISH
-SAUERKRAUGHT
-WHOLEGRAINS
-GINGER
-BANANAS
-NATURAL HONEY
This is all opinion and should you change your diet a dietician should be seen first.

Nice to meet another fitness freak. I can relate to everything you've said. Everything is correct and to the point. Though at initial of my cutting phase, I was unaware of some of these especially coffee. But after educating myself, I almost lost 22 lbs. Keep up the good work. Looking forward for your posts. :)
