Homemade vegetables chips
There is nothing like a crispy chip! Take different vegetables such as beets, pumpkin and turnips at home and cut into thin strips. Sprinkle the strips with a teaspoon of olive oil and some sea salt and mix thoroughly. Put them in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes and wait until they are crispy. How many calories does this snack have? But 100 ... That's worth it, right ?!
Cucumber with homemade dip
It only takes you 5 minutes and contains only 87 calories! Put 100 ml of low-fat yoghurt in a bowl. Then add a finely chopped garlic clove and some chopped chives and parsley. As a finishing touch you squeeze half a lemon above the bowl. Mix it! Not a cucumber lover? Then go for another vegetable, such as celery.
popcorn
Popcorn can not be missed during a real movie night. Leave the buttery variety on the shelves and go for a fresher healthy version of popcorn. Preferably a variant that you prepare in the microwave. Place the popcorn in the microwave and switch it to 1000W for 2.5 to 3 minutes. Then put the popcorn in a bowl and drizzle it with one and a half teaspoons of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Now mix it all together, et voilà; you have a delicious snack that only contains 170 calories.
Olives
A very popular snack among women is the olive. They are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals and contain hardly any calories. Eat 5 or 8 of them and you're still under 100 calories! Some disadvantage; a handful of olives tastes even better with a glass of wine ..
Greek yogurt parfait
This is a responsible choice for ice cream lovers! This snack contains only 195 calories. As if you have not yet sufficiently convinced, it is also rich in protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. How do you prepare it? Very simple; Grab a large glass and add Greek yoghurt, 1 tablespoon chia seed and some berries. For some variation you can also make it with other healthy ingredients!
Mini carrots
Healthy nibbling under the movie or while chatting with friends do you with carrots! Take a bowl of hummus in the house and dip your carrot for a little more flavor. You can eat 8 to 10 of them if you want to reach 100 calories. This gives you even a feeling of fullness without that 'conviviality' settling on your hips in a linear way.
