Durian is definitely a love it or hate it thing. While most asians love it and are even crazy about Durian, most westerners hate the 'King of Fruits'. Mostly because of the smell. I love Durian and could eat it every day. 💛 If it wasn't that expensive (like here on Koh Phangan).

Is it good in taste?

Yes, the taste is so much better than the smell ;) I can't describe the taste (everyone should try haha) but I can say that a good Durian is very creamy and soft and probably not what you would expect from a fruit.

From outside I think it will be most hard to swallow

Yeah, I know Someone who also crazy about Durian!!
