I had no clue that there even existed a chemex method to brew coffee!
We have a tradition of coffee drinking in South India and my mum always says that she mixes her coffee powder with chicory at a 2:1 ratio to get the 'South Indian' flavour.

Its great if you want to brew in smaller batches, but not just a single cup pour over!
