During times of stress, mantain your diet make sure you eat health and rest enough during day or night

Eat plenty of wholegrains and high fibre foods like fruits and pulses to help stabilise blood, sugar levels and avoid energy dips

Avoid salt and sugar to make sure the levels of salt and sugar are very low in your body

Stay health and live longer.
