Here are some to add to your diet. They will all give you healthy, glowing skin.
1 WATER: The obvious one, but very important one. It's crucial for good skin and overall health, so drink up and say thank you.
2 TROPICAL FRUIT: Fruits like pineapple,papaya,kiwi and guava- which contains vitamin C- are great for your skin, defending it against damaging free radicals.
3 CARROTS: They're are good for eyes,and for skin. They're high in beta carotene, which helps repair skin tissue.
4 PUMPKIN SEEDS: This superfood is high in zinc which helps protect your cell membranes, maintains collagen and promotes skin renewal.
5 BROCCOLI: While it might not be the most delicious on the list,it's great for overall skincare. High in antioxidants, eating broccoli will aid in collagen production and keep skin supple and healthy.
