INDIAN SEASONAL DISH
In rainy season there are some special food which is grow at every place in maharashtra which is cooked throughout the konkan household which is locally called as "aluvadi" this special dish is made by the leave which is the edible part of plant which is then rolled by filling a thick wet spice and dry rub which is rolled and steam, and then deep fry in hot oil for nearly 5 min this it look like brownish color this is delicacy is enjoy throughout the konkan region during offset and middle of rainy season.
this is the best rolled eaten very delicious during nice cool climate as a snack or a side dish during lunch or dinner
