During my visit in Bhutan in early 2018, i just tried a traditional Bhutanese item called " Chiken Thukpa " . In Bhutan , buckwheat noodles is one of the main item to make it with lean chicken. It's so delicious. In some part of Indian, Tibet, Nepal it is very popular.
If i am not wrong, the restaurant charge me around 90 Bhutanese ngultrum for this single plate which is very easy to eat for two people. And i asked to the chef , he said usually it take almost 20 minute to cook.
From the name Thukpa .... Thuk means Heart.

It was one of favorite item during Bhutan visit. Bhutan is really a wonderful country. I will go again there, there are so many beautiful places that i could not visit last time.
