You are amazing - I mean to be able to make your own noodles at home. I have no clue on how or where to start. I do not eat noodles often but I prefer the thin ones and I have friends that eat them everyday. They are quite versatile - I usually have them in soups or stir fry. Now you got my taste buds going - maybe I will go and get some noodle takaway for dinner.
