Farming doesn't make us rich, but we eat like kings. Here's some recent meals made from ingredients grown on the farm.
Spicy Chicken with onions, jalapeno and asparagus
Coconut curry with tilapia, vegetables and rice pilaf
French toast with farm fresh eggs and homemade bread
Eggs Benedict on fresh English muffins with a side of red potatoes, shiitake mushroom, onions and kale
Spinach Salad with beets and corn
Purple Potatoes with tomatoes, chives, corn and onions
Stuffed Zucchini with everything in the gardening
Cucumbers with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Homemade jams. Plum and raspberry
Drying blueberries to make granola
Are you getting hungry yet? And last but not least, triple fudge brownie stuffed with blueberries and raspberries.

Cool, I'm following you so I'll watch for it. Pressed apple juice today. Drank about a quart of juice so I'm amped up on a sugar rush. Think I'll plant some broccoli starts.
I love that we get to eat such beautiful and delicious food from our garden, all year long now with fermenting and pressure canning......... Makes all the hard work so rewarding ..... oc
