不放水,也不加盐!10分钟做好啤酒卤蛋!

啤酒卤蛋

鸡蛋 / 啤酒 / 老抽 / 八角
桂皮 / 小茴香 / 甘草

1.鸡蛋煮5分钟左右,煮熟后将蛋壳敲到开裂,或者直接将蛋壳取下

2.锅中倒入啤酒,加入老抽,加入桂皮八角,不需要加水。如果喜欢吃稍微甜一点的卤蛋,可以加入少许化开的红糖~

3.鸡蛋一个一个码到里面,然后上锅煮10分钟左右,开盖等酒精蒸发,汤料粘稠。期间可以不断翻动鸡蛋。

4.10分钟以后,美味的卤蛋做好啦~
