Thank you!! Cabbage hold up best in soups (I think). I will try that.
Question: can I put a smaller piece of lemon grass in the soup?
Of course. Lemon grass would add aroma and taste to a soup. I always add them may it be pork, beef, chicken or fish soup.
I'm sure I mentioned it looks so yummy 😂
