How to make a cheese mold with olives or tapenade :
2.-150 grams of grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
3.-Freshly ground black pepper.
4.-1 package of bread rolls or crackers to accompany.
5.-Fresh oregano leaves or parsley to garnish.
6.-Tapenade of black olives.
7.-10 capers.
8.-6 anchovies or 1 small can.
9.-4 tablespoons olive oil.
10.-1/2 tablespoon dried oregano.
Mix in a bowl the cream cheese, grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese and freshly ground black pepper to taste, blend the chopped black olives (seeded), capers, anchovies, olive oil and oregano, place the preparation in a glass bowl, grease the mold or the cylinder with olive oil, place a little cheese mixture in the bottom; on top, a tapanade layer of black olives; and so on, until finishing with the cheese-based preparation, cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 2 hours. We turn when serving and garnish with fresh oregano leaves or parsley, accompany with toasted bread or crackers...and that would be all.
