This is another recipe I made with ingredients that has benefits for our health. Coconut is famous for supporting immune system, energy booster, improve heart health, help digestion and many more.
It's an easy and quick recipe, yummy and tasty.
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice grain
1 palm size of smoked salmon (ready to eat)
1 can of kidney bean- drain and rinse
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup coconut cream
1 stem of fresh rosemary
4 bay leaves
1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
Salt and black pepper
Method:
Wash the rice grain and place in a rice cooker, add the chicken broth, coconut cream, fresh rosemary, bay leaves, salt and black pepper. Mix it well and cook it.
Use a fork, separate the smoked salmon into big chunks. Set aside.
Take the cooked rice out from rice cooker and put into a big bowl, add the salmon, bean and cheese. Serve.
Note:
If you still have some coconut cream left over, pour it into an ice tray and freeze it. When it turns to ice, save it for another time when you need it.
