Commencing the day with a light breakfast, nourish our body with enough protein and carbs. Plus pine nuts for some magnesium and vitamin E to promote a heart health.

White bread and egg are the most common and basic breakfast, affordable and easy to prepare with many variable meal to create.
Use a cake mould to create a round white egg, sprinkle with some dried oregano, black pepper and salt if you prefer. For white bread just toast with some butter and some drizzle of white sugar.

That is a fine selection of breakfast food @lugina, pine nuts is full of energy value and the eggs are really protein packed even if you only eat the egg whites. :D
