How to make chicken fried rice 치킨볶음밥 만들기
ingredients 재료
-2 egg 2계란
-chicken (I used leftover Caribbean jerk flavor chicken from buffalo wild wing )
치킨 (저는 버팔로윙먹고 남은거 썼어요)
-2bowls rice 밥 2공기
-2 scallion (chopped) 잔파
-4~5 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced) 마늘
-olive oil 올리브오일
-1 Table spoon oyster sauce 굴소스 한스푼
Instruction
- Make egg scramble first and remove it from the pan and set a side
먼저 에그 스크램블 만들어서 따로 놓습니다 - Heat olive oil in to a skillet over medium heat
올리브 오일을 넣고 팬을 중간불에서 달굽니다 - Add garlic and scallion and sauté them until fragrant
마늘과 파를 넣고 향이 올라올때까지 볶습니다
- Add chicken, cook for few minute until chicken is perfectly cooked
( I used cooked chicken so I cooked just 2~3minute to heat the chicken )
치킨을 넣고 익을때 까지 볶습니다 (저는 요리된 치킨을 사용해서 2~3분만 요리했어요 )
5.Add rice and oyster sauce , cook and stir to heat through
밥과 굴소스를 넣고 볶습니다
6.Add scrambled egg and stir to blend with the rest
미리 만들어둔 스크램블 에그를 넣고 잘섞이도록 볶습니다
