KUNUKKU RECIPE, HOW TO MAKE SOUTH INDIAN SPICY LENTIL FRITTERS
An easy to make snack recipe which can be served as such or with coconut chutney. kunukkuI learned the recipe of making kunukku from my grandmother. It is prepared by soaking rice and dal together for 4 to 5 hours and then grinding them. This batter is then deep fried to make this delicious tea time snack.
I have also seen my mother using the leftover adai batter for making kunukku, but personally, I prefer grinding fresh batter for making this snack.
