Banana in caramel for dessert
bananas 2 pcs.
for the dough:
eggs 1 pc.
flour 1 glass
milk 1/2 cup
water 1/2 cup
for caramel:
sugar 1 glass
olive oil 1 tbsp.
water 1 tbsp.
Knead out of all the ingredients with a mixer dough, cut the bananas into circles. Each slice dipped in dough, and then fried in deep fat. To prepare caramel, mix the oil, sugar and water, warm until brownish. Dip into it fried pieces, spread the bananas in caramel on a greased large dish, wait until the caramel grasps and serve to the table.
