This is my 30th post since i join on steemit so im gonna show one of the best food here in my country. Balut, boiled fertilized duck egg! Quak quak egg.
The taste of this is good, im always eating this food since high school.
The first time bought it for only 10php here its about 25cents in dollar. So i crack the egg for the first time, i saw the head of the duck! I said ew im so scared i cant eat this kind of food. Hairy and i saw the eyes and the beak of the duck.
I pull up the duck inside the egg and gave it to the my friend coz i cant eat that its so omg. The hair😫.
I prepaired to eat the yellow part the yolk. Taste so yummy just put some salt and its ready to eat. I hate white part coz its so hard on my teeth.
I really loved i balut the yellow part not the fertilized duck. Im now in college and when were going to drink beer this is the best pulutan with venegar.😋

Eeek! Balut! I spent a couple of months in Manila in 1987 and remember balut - our friends ate it on a dare. I never could make myself do it, but hear that it tastes good.
Wow! its so long ago. Ur right for the first time u look at it u gonna say yuck im not going to eat this. But if u taste it, its so nice. If u dont like a fertilized duck u choose the one called penoy in tagalog pure egg yolk and white only.

Somewhat like that, but most people of the philippines are eating balut. Thats filipino delicacy and adobo. Its disgusting for the first time u look at but if u taste it u gonna say pak ganern ganern .😸
