I haven´t tried Somen before, but definitely gonna make it at home. I´m in love with Japanese food! I visit the Ramenbar every single week here in my hometown in Hamburg.

yes somen and soba. Somen is white noodles, while soba is Buchweizen Noodles. So you can try both.
for soba get some nori papers, cut them in little stripes and add them onto the noodles!
you can buy it in any asia market or japanese market in hamburg !
